Stop these calls

Caller lefta message on our voicemail and said she was a private investigator looking for the name of a person I have never heard of. She gave a claim number starting with DSMC and also gave me the number 813.863.1961 to call. She also mentioned something about a restraiing order. She was hard to understand as she was mumbling into the phone the entire time and speaking very fast like as if she'd been saying this over and over all day long. Sounds suspicious to me.

Says my car loan was approved. Don't have a loan out there so I hung up on him. Plus I couldn't understand him

They called me and idk who they are or how they got my number I text them asking who they are and they don't reply

This will call all the time When you answer nothing is on the end. When I let it go to message, no message. When I try to call the number there is nothing. This is all done by design to harass the person being called. I live in Ohio this call is coming from N.C. I want it to stop.

No reason for them to call my number. Pull their #^*$%( plug!!!

calls with credit card debt relief or lowering card balance; refuses to remove number from call list

I am constantly having someone by that name cll me and harrass me and my family over a possible debt that i might have owed years aga. The keep saying that they have something on my social security number that may affect me and that I really need to contact them asap befor they take to court.

soooo annoying - vacation package sometimes & sometimes a hang up! uggg. How do you prosecute this caller for not obeying the national do not call list?

threatens me that if I dont call to settle a debt before 3:00 that he will have to sign papers to for the court and report me to Miami-Dade Police to have me arrested. When I asked him for what, he said he wasnt at liberty to give me that information. I should call a lawyer!

I called back the number and an automated voice came up and replayed my phone that I was calling from. It asked me if I wanted to have the number removed to press 1 and I did. "thank you your number has been removed" and thats it. No more phone calls. I hope this helps

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation.
